ENTP strengths aren't 'being contrarian.' The working strength is a pivot: you find a live fork and you make other people able to see it. That's early product, reporting, law, teaching, comedy, research. Contrarian without a better model is just a mood. You're better when the fork leads somewhere.
You take in new information fast, in public. That makes you useful in a crisis of ideas. It makes you a bad guest in a crisis of grief if you skip the minute of silence. Strength includes timing.
Humor is a diagnostic. You lean on the absurd joint. Aim at the system. Let the person stay on your side. If they flinch, you didn't 'just joke.' You missed.
Courage to look stupid while you try the angle is a real gift. Keep it. Pair it with one finished artifact so the courage has a record, not only a memory of a night.
At full strength the third option has a hinge: the argument becomes a product, and the product gets a week of maintenance. Leave a way to save face. You still get to be right later, in the doc. People will still like you after the panel if you give them that exit.
People will try to hire you as a disruption mascot. That's a cameo, not a career. The strength is a live fork that other people can walk through. Write the spec. Hand it to a closer. Don't grab it back on day three because a new angle arrived. The new angle can be version two. Version one still has to exist.
