ENFP personality

Spark is Typewell's name for ENFP. The letters are Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Perceiving. Extraverted means people and novelty put energy in your pocket, at least until the crash after the fourth yes. Intuitive means you grab a connection nobody else was going to make, sometimes instead of the parking meter. Feeling means the decision has to sit right with a living ethic and with the faces in the room. Perceiving means you keep doors ajar, because a closed plan can feel like a lid on something that was still alive. Together that's a generator. An ordinary day is a trail of genuine beginnings. You mean the invitation, the idea, and the half-finished thing on the wall. Then the middle of the week arrives with three of those yeses stacked, and you look unreliable to anyone who only saw the last one. The stacked yeses make you look unreliable, mostly because you're under-staffed. A closer — a person, a list, a calendar you actually obey — is what gets the things you love a second coat.

At work you need motion, meaning, and humans. Facilitation, reporting, teaching, brand, community, early product, campaigns, counseling with a lot of life in it. You stall in a cubicle of repeated tickets with no people and no why. Pair with an ISTJ or an INTJ on purpose. They're how the project still exists in December, which is a different job from killing the fun. Say that out loud so you don't treat their structure as an insult.

In love you're generous and improvisational, and sometimes gone to a new idea that isn't a person. Partners need the difference named. A new project isn't a new crush, and if it is, you owe a sentence. One boring ritual will feel like a trap for a month and then like a home. You can still be Spark on Friday. Let one weeknight be soup.

A common mistake is that ENFPs can't follow through. Plenty of you run companies, classrooms, and long marriages. You just can't do it on shame.
