ENFP strengths and weaknesses

ENFP strengths aren't 'being fun.' The working strength is a generator: you find a live wire between two dead things and you make a room want to touch it. That's facilitation, reporting, teaching, organizing, early product, ministry, sales that isn't slimy. The spark is labor. Protect it with sleep and with a no.

You read people fast and generously. You assume a decent reason. That makes strangers tell you the true thing in a kitchen. It also makes you slow to see a pattern of harm. Keep the generosity. Add a private note for repeat offenses so you aren't endlessly surprised by the same person.

Possibility is a professional skill. When a plan dies, you have three more before the meeting ends. Write them down. Possibility that only lives in your mouth becomes a reputation for drift. Possibility that gets a date becomes a career.

You can hold a value and a joke in the same sentence, which is how you teach without a stick. Use it. Then stop and ask who didn't laugh because they needed a policy. Spark without a policy is a pep rally. You're better than a pep rally.

At full strength you're a generator with a structure: the project gets a second session, the yes is rarer and therefore real, the crash is scheduled. You don't become gray by finishing. You become someone people can build with. That's still play. It's play that leaves a building. If you only keep one practice, keep the warm no in the same hour as the idea.

People will try to hire you as a battery. That's a compliment and a trap. The strength is the connection, not unlimited current. Put a door on the tour. The room you light after a rest is a better room. The empty night is part of the strength. Guard it like a client meeting.
