ISTJ careers want a real standard and a memory: accounting, compliance, records, logistics, records-heavy law, quality, civil service, engineering with a checklist, library technical services, maintenance leadership. If the job is only vibes, you'll start a private indictment.
You can lead. You often lead by example and by the book. If the org needs a public face of change, pair with a translator. Skip the mascot job. Still say why the old method earned its keep, or the next change will be a tantrum.
Watch being the eternal deputy — the one who actually runs it while a sparklier person has the title. Get the title or get a different shop. Loyalty is a strength, not a contract to be unpaid forever.
