ESTJ personality

Order is Typewell's name for ESTJ. The letters are Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging. Extraverted: you handle the world by handling it — calls, rooms, the floor. Sensing: you trust the present fact and the method that already worked. Thinking: the same rule for everyone, posted where people can see it. Judging: close the loop. Together that's a person who will tape the checklist inside the cabinet because that's how the household doesn't run out of soap. Some people wanted a scavenger hunt. You wanted soap. This isn't a sitcom about a nag, and it isn't a promise that you should be everyone's boss. It isn't the official MBTI® and it isn't a diagnosis.

An ordinary day is public structure. You run the meeting. You notice the gap between the slogan and the timesheet. You get labeled intense for wanting the thing on time. The taped checklist is care as a visible standard. Growth is asking whether the standard still fits the land, and leaving one cabinet without a list so other people can be competent in their own way.

At work you want a real operation: a store, a plant, a newsroom, a school, an agency, a kitchen, a unit. You wilt in a role that is only talk. You also wilt if your only tool is volume. The best of this type teach the standard, staff it, and then go home. The worst become the standard, personally, at 10 p.m., forever.

In love you provide and direct. Partners may want a vote. Give them one on purpose, including votes you could win. Romance isn't a briefing. You can still want a functional house. Function includes a night that is only pleasure. Log it if you must. Then honor it.

A common mistake is that ESTJs are unfeeling. Many of you feel duty as love in the chest. Translate it. Another mistake is that you and ENTJ are the same commander. They're steering toward a five-year model. You're making sure this Friday's shop still opens. Both are leadership. They aren't the same job. Type Compass is a sketch. Keep the checklist. Take it down once a year and see what still earns the tape.

If you already run the floor, put rest on the duty roster and a human sentence at the top of the meeting. The shop won't collapse. People will bring you the fact they were hiding from the volume. That fact is how you stay right. Read ENTJ if you want more five-year helm and less Friday floor. Read ISTJ if you want the same standard in a quieter office. Read ESFJ if the shop is more faces than throughput.
