ESTJ strengths aren't 'being loud.' The working strength is order: a public standard, a staffed operation, a Friday that still opens. Stores, plants, newsrooms, kitchens, schools, agencies. This is unfashionable and load-bearing.
You make fairness visible. The same rule on the wall beats a vibe in a manager's head. Review the rule. Invisible exceptions will make you the villain of a story you thought was justice.
You'll take the ugly job. That's leadership. Rotate it or you train a team of spectators. Strength includes teaching, not only doing.
Time, to you, is moral. Sometimes it is. Sometimes a slower person is holding a fact. Ten seconds of asking isn't anarchy.
At full strength there's a public standard and a yearly look at the tape. You make Friday open, and you also take the list down. Teaching the standard is more ESTJ than doing it personally at 10 p.m. forever. Rest is a duty. Log it, then do it. The board will never be clear enough to earn sleep.
