ENTJ strengths and weaknesses

ENTJ strengths aren't volume. The working strength is helm: you point a group at an outcome and you accept the cost of being the one who points. That's founding, operating, directing, commanding, producing. With listening, it's leadership. As a personality, it's a bulldozer with a brand.

You see structure in a mess: incentives, owners, time. People who live in the mess may experience you as impatient. Translate once. If they still won't move, then move. The strength is the structure, not the contempt.

Courage with decisions is a gift in a culture of workshops. The adult version includes a review: what the call cost, who paid, what you'd do again. Without the review you only have momentum. Momentum isn't always strategy.

You can hold a long unpleasant effort. That's how hard companies and campaigns exist. Rest is part of the effort. If you model only grind, you'll staff a shop of copies and then be surprised they burn.

At full strength there's motion and a review. Two minutes of faces before the agenda is how the crew still brings you the truth next quarter. People will try to make you the villain of every slow process. Sometimes you are. Sometimes they needed a date and were too scared to set one.

Teach the standard, then go home. A helm that never leaves the wheel trains a boat of passengers. Strength includes a night that isn't a board meeting. The body isn't a junior employee you can ignore until the quarter closes.
