ESFJ strengths aren't 'being social.' The working strength is host: you craft belonging in the present tense, with details, and you close the loop. That's teaching, hospitality, care, advancement, accounts, community. It's a craft. Treat it like one.
You remember people in a way that makes institutions less cruel. Names, dates, who was left out. Keep a rim so you aren't the unpaid archive of everyone else's feelings.
You'll make a hard thing kinder without making it false: a funeral, a send-off, a difficult parent night. That's civic. Kinder isn't the same as unsaid. Keep both skills.
Loyalty to a we can hold a family or a shop through a bad year. Check that the we still deserves it. Strength includes leaving a table that only feeds on you.
At full strength, belonging is a craft and you can still say a plain no. You make a person feel expected. You also skip one gathering without a novel. Two inks are care, not vanity. A table that papers a fight is a lie. Say the sentence first. Then cook if you still want to.
