What job fits my personality is the wrong sentence if you want a single job title. The useful version is which kind of work you will still do on a boring Tuesday. Job Lean is a short RIASEC-style quiz: build, study, make, help, lead, or organize. It is a lean, not a placement office. It is not a hiring test and not the official Strong inventory.

Letters tell you how you like to decide. Bars tell you volume, especially Conscientiousness, which is whether the form gets sent. Job Lean tells you the work itself. A person who wants to help and hates a packed calendar will be miserable in a help job that is only a calendar. Use both. The careers pages on the 16 types are conditions, not a list that says 'manager.'

Then look at a real posting

Take the result into one job ad. Circle the tasks, not the title. If the ad is meetings and you leaned toward making things, the title is a costume. If you want the longer notes on how that lean shows up at work, that writeup is paid. The quiz is not.
