ESFP personality

Stage is Typewell's name for ESFP. The letters are extraverted, sensing, feeling, and perceiving. Extraverted means people fill you up. Sensing means you notice the actual room: the light, the song, the food, who looks left out. Feeling means you care whether people are having an okay time. Perceiving means you don't want the night planned down to the minute, because a tight plan can kill it. You make rooms happen. That is not the same as being shallow, and it is not a reason you have to get quieter to be taken seriously. This is not the official MBTI test and it is not a diagnosis.

A normal day is a string of small gatherings. You include people. You notice who is standing alone and you pull them in with a joke or a chair. You also crash when the night ends and the boring stuff is still there: money, a form, a talk you've been avoiding. The useful habit is a morning after that is as real as the night, and a friend who still likes you when the living room is just a living room.

At work you want a live audience or a live sensory craft: performance, hospitality, teaching that is alive, events, styling, recreation, sales with warmth, therapy that uses the body, patient-facing medicine. You wilt in a cave of tickets. You also wilt if nobody ever lets you recover. Pair with a Keep or a Ledger for the floor. They're why there's a next one.

In love you're generous, physical, and loyal in color, and you paper a bruise with a better evening. The evening can't carry the sentence. Say the sentence. Then rearrange the furniture if you still want to. You're allowed to want joy. Joy isn't a substitute for a no, or for a budget.

A common mistake is that ESFPs are unserious. Many of you work brutal live jobs — stages, floors, wards, classrooms — and still make a weeknight feel like it counted. Another mistake is that you and ENFP are the same spark. They spark ideas and futures. You spark this room, this body, this night. Type Compass is a sketch. Make the gathering. Keep a morning that is only yours, and a record so the stage has a building.

If you already make rooms happen, get the deputy and the empty morning. Informal life-of-the-place is how shops skip the raise and spend your recovery. Write climate into the job description.
