How scoring works
Each style has six items. We add the scores.
The highest is your main style. The next one is the second style. Ties go D, then I, then S, then C.
DISC is a way to talk about work habits. It is not a clinical theory and it is not a hiring test. Don't use it to screen people.
This is our version of the model. It is not a certified DiSC® assessment.
Questions
- Is this an official DiSC® test?
- No. It's inspired by the same four work styles. Don't use it to hire, fire, or diagnose anyone.
- What does the second style mean?
- Almost nobody is only one letter. The second score is the mix. A careful person who also likes an audience is not the same as a careful person who wants control.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Finish it as a guest. Save it later if you want to put it next to the other tests.
