Twelve Axes
120 questions. About 18 minutes. You get twelve scores, not a type. The quiz is free. The long writeup costs extra.
For thinking about yourself. Not a diagnosis. Not a hiring test.
What you’ll learn
- Where people give you energy, and where quiet does
- Whether you steer toward a plan, a goal, a room, or a safer bet
- Which of the twelve sit near the middle, and which ones don't
- A score you can read without turning it into a type name
How scoring works
Twelve scales, ten statements each. Five point one way, five point the other, so agreeing is not always the same direction.
Each answer is +2, +1, 0, −1, or −2. We average the two sides of a scale, then turn the gap into a 0–100 score.
45 to 55 is Balanced. A little further is Leaning. Further than that is Strong, then Very strong.
A middle score can mean you weren't sure, or that the two sides cancelled. If you picked Not sure three or more times on one scale, the result says so.
This sits next to Five Traits. That one is five broad scores. This one is twelve finer scores. It is not a four-letter type, not an Enneagram number, and not a diagnosis.
